"Peter and Rosemary - Thank you for your generous hospitality and for making our visit so completely comfortable and relaxing. You have spoiled us and set a new standard for our expectations. Don't know how you managed it ...the weather was perfect!...As was all else. Thanks and best regards."

"Dear Peter and Rosemary - You have exceeded our wildest expectations! We had a wonderful time here in the Cotswolds! We enjoyed great food and drink in the local pubs and Brice had the time of his life. Your recommendations were fabulous: Warwick Castle, Stratford, Sudeley Castle, Broadway, Stow on the Wold and Chipping Camden - Fantastic! The wonderful golf at The Vale, the horse riding and the beautiful boat trip were so much fun. We hope you visit us in Dallas! Thank you for your wonderful, caring hospitality! We had a lovely holiday - every day! - FANTASTIC"

"A delightful and charming house with beautiful garden and views. Your thoughtfulness and hospitality made us feel very comfortable. This area of England is beautiful and we enjoyed hiking for several days and visiting the abbey and Tewkesbury, home of some of my ancestors a few generations ago."

"We've had a lovely time. The House is so cosy and it was lovely that it was so warm when we arrived. We loved all the homely touches - glossy magazines, fleecy blankets and chocolates - just like home! The kids were delighted with their 'den' upstairs and even though the snow stopped us enjoying the river it didn't stop us from enjoying the garden - I'm so please we brought our sledge."
"Thank you for a delightful stay! You have created the perfect home from home with all the luxurious trimmings."
"Such a lovely house in a beautiful setting. The views are stunning and the area is amazing. Thank you very much for your welcome hospitality and those little touches. We have had a wonderful time in a picturesque part of England"
"Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing week! The Old Rectory North is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for making us feel so at home! This was a wonderful location to spend a week catching up with family and friends, Cheers !"

"A truly lovely location and house. I envy the people who visit after the roses start blooming! You are charming hosts, bless you! Absolutely stunning view (love hearing the birdsong and the lambs baa-ing on the hillside) from an incredibly comfortable, charming, delightful home-away-from-home. Many many thanks for all the attention and hospitality - couldn't have asked (or, for that matter, dreamed of a nicer spot) Cheers!"
"A very welcome and relaxing break in a stunning house evoking memories of yesteryear in a most lovely location. The house is very well appointed, with all you need for adults and children. The garden sweeping down to the river, the shrubs and flowers are a delight. The area has so much to offer, we had lovely day trips including Slimbridge, the bird conservation area, quite amazing and in a most wonderful setting. We also enjoyed a visit to the cider makers, Weston's at Much Marcle. (could not resist bringing some back). One holiday that will remain in our memories."
"We have very much enjoyed our stay here and the weather has been fantastic . This has been our first holiday with our 9 month old baby and it has been perfect. We haven't visited too many places locally as it's been too nice here! We have made full use of the beautiful gardens and have loved the BBQs whilst looking at the lovely views. Thank you both for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend The Old Rectory to our friends."
"This has been a wonderful holiday in a beautiful home, in glorious surroundings and with perfect weather - meals outside in the evening with lovely views and birdsong all around us - what more could we want! We have made the most of the time visiting different interests around the area but have left lots to do sometime in the future. Thank you so much and for making us so welcome with the 'goodies' box!"
"Thank you for providing us with a home from home the past few weeks. We've had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the surrounding countryside, and you and your family. Cruising on Narnia was one highlight. You offer warm hospitality and a lovely spot to relax. Breakfast on the patio each morning was a great start to the day and the local farm shop kept us well fed. Thanks again!"

"Where do we begin? It's been an absolutely brilliant holiday, in every way possible. The Old Rectory delighted and charmed us so! We leave here with heavy hearts and happy memories. Whether relaxing around the house and taking in the stunning views from such a lovely garden, or setting off to explore the gorgeous villages and countryside, we've all been incredibly excited to greet each day during this stay at The Old Rectory. We loved the boat journey up the River Avon. What was special about it was Peter's company, it felt as if we were spending a beautiful day out with a familiar friend. We had a great time chatting, relaxing, taking in the whole atmosphere of life on the river. There's a whole community on that river and we felt like we were a part of something special... we felt like that every day here . This part England is truly magnificent ...'God's Country', and staying at The Old Rectory is what defined our trip as extraordinary. Peter, Rosemary and their 3 lovely children were so incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming and hospitable. It is them as much as the beautiful surroundings that make us definitely want to return again to this gem of a place ! Thank you !!"
