Booking enquires for The Old Rectory North

· To make a booking: first check our ‘Availability & Prices’ tab for the dates that you are interested in.

· Next, email us at oldrectoryretreats@gmail.com letting us know your ideal arrival and departure dates and the number of adults and children in your party.

· We will then confirm back availability and prices, usually within 24 hours.

· If you are happy to proceed with your booking please download the attached booking form below, complete, sign and send to us as directed on the form.

· If you prefer you can telephone us on +44 (0)7836 681678 between 9.00am & 9.00pm most days.

Outline Terms & Conditions (see detailed T&Cs above):

· The property has three double rooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 persons plus a baby

· A 30% deposit is payable on booking with the balance of 70% due 6 weeks before arrival.

· A refundable breakages deposit of £350 is also payable in advance.

· Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

· No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited in or near the property.

· No commercial vehicles or camper vans can be parked on the premises.

· Families and couples only, we are unable to take stag or hen party bookings.

· Arrival is after 3.30 pm and departure is by 10.30 am. Subject to availability this can be flexed only by prior agreement
